Our mission statement encompasses the 3 most important components of our business: Our pet clients will be served in the safest, most low-stress manner possible; our human clients will always feel safe that their pet is being pampered and loved; and our employees will feel respected and committed to our standards.
At the heart of every groom is the dog we are servicing, using safe processes, high quality products, and calming practices to make for a happy and well-groomed pup. Also important to us is the human client. We strive for open communication, friendly customer service, and transparent policies and pricing. Swanky Mutts strives to be one of the best employers in the area for grooming services, offering livable wages, better than industry-average benefits, and continuing education.
We understand that mobile grooming is a partnership between our clients, their pets, and our groomers, and we strive to ensure that each partner feels valued and appreciated.
